JS Corporate Solutions (“JS Corporate Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business setup, corporate tax, VAT, accounting, audit, visa, banking-facilitation, and PRO/attestation services in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data when you visit jscorporatesolutions.com (the “Website”), use our cost calculator, book a consultation, contact us via WhatsApp, email or phone, or engage us as a client.

This Policy is issued in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”) and its Executive Regulations, and, where relevant, other applicable UAE federal and Emirate-level laws, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

JS Corporate Solutions is a corporate services provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For the purposes of the PDPL, JS Corporate Solutions acts as the Data Controller for personal data collected through the Website and in the course of providing services to clients, and as a Data Processor in respect of certain personal data we handle on a client’s behalf when liaising with government authorities, free zones, and banks.

  • Financial data: bank details, income/turnover information, VAT/tax records, invoices, accounting records submitted for bookkeeping, audit, or tax filing purposes

  • Documents you upload or send us (trade licences, MOA/AOA, contracts, financial statements, KYC documents) in the course of engagement

  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where disclosure is required by UAE law, court order, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

We do not disclose personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

5. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE (for example, to a cloud hosting provider or an overseas bank correspondent), we ensure such transfers comply with the PDPL’s cross-border transfer requirements, including transferring only to jurisdictions with an adequate level of protection, or by relying on appropriate contractual safeguards, consent, or another lawful derogation recognised under the PDPL.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to satisfy legal, accounting, audit, or regulatory record-keeping obligations under UAE law (which, for corporate, tax and accounting records, can require retention of five years or more from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where required by the FTA, free zone authority, or other regulator). After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Subject to the PDPL and its Executive Regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data, where legally permissible
  • Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing
  • Request a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability)
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully
